Saya sangat terkejut dengan permainan yang ditunjukkan oleh Maria Kristin kemarin 13 Agustus... Permainannya sangat rapih dan bisa dibilang permainan terbaik yang pernah saya lihat dari seorang Maria Kristin ini...
Dan saya rasa ini pertanda bahwa dia sedang berada dalam puncak permainnanya saat ini... Setelah saya ingat pada waktu piala Uber, dia bermain sangat baik...
Dan ini juga bisa jadi pertanda para "Srikandi" bulutangkis Indonesia akan semakin berprestasi lagi dalam ajang-ajang dunia...

Sejumlah Pemain Indonesia Mundur Pada Singapore Super Series
Sejumlah pemain Indonesia bergiliran mundur dari turnamen Singapura Super Series 10-15 Juni. Mereka yang mundur umumnya menderita cedera atau sakit.
Di nomor tunggal putra, Tau¬fik Hidayat, Alamsyah Yunus, dan terakhir Tommy Sugiarto, menyusul absen. Taufik juga memilih berlatih dan melakukan persiapan seperti Sony.
Sementara itu, Alamsyah me¬ngalami kecelakaan sehingga tangannya cedera. “Menyesal juga karena batal berangkat, pada¬hal pul saya tergolong enak,” ujar Alamsyah.
Selasa (3/6) siang, seusai latihan, Hendrawan sudah memperingatkan dua anak buahnya yang tersisa, Simon Santoso dan Tommy, untuk menjaga kondisi. Namun, Rabu (4/6), Kabid Pembinaan dan Prestasi, Lius Pongoh, menyebut Tommy juga batal berangkat karena sakit. Selain Simon, skuad Cipa¬yung menyisakan Andreas Adit¬yawarman yang akan berlaga di Singapura.
Di nomor ganda putra, pasangan Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan juga mundur karena sakit. “Dua-duanya terkena gejala tifus. Minggu lalu mereka istirahat latihan. Sekarang juga belum bisa maksimal karena terkadang masih lemas dan mengeluh pusing,” jelas Sigit Pamungkas, pelatih ganda putra.
Indonesia masih akan menyertakan Luluk Hadiyanto/Alvent Yulianto, Joko Riyadi/Hendra Gunawan, dan M. Ahsan/Bona Septano di ganda putra. “Sama seperti mereka yang tak jadi berangkat, Kido/Hendra lebih baik memulihkan kondisi dan mempersiapkan diri untuk main di Indonesia Open saja,” ujar Sigit. Menurut saya, langkah yang diambil para pelatih dan pemain Indonesia dalam kasus ini sudah benar. Karena apabila dilihat dari gengsi pertandingan, Indonesia Open SS lebih terasa bergengsi daripada Singapore Open dan apalagi even ini adalah even yang diadakan oleh negara kita sendiri, yang seharusnya Indonesia meraih banyak gelar oleh karena faktor "Tuan Rumah" dari even ini. Saya harap pemain yang sakit dapat cepat sembuh dan bermain bagus pada nantinya di laga Indonesia Open SS 2008.

Braces Thight Muscle Method (Cara memperkuat otot paha)
Basically, this method just pull your feet or thight muscle wide as you can (look the picture) and this method just only have 3 basic movement. So, after you do picture 1 to 3 do the same movement but with the other feet. But this movement must do with correctly and systematic and before do this movement you must do warming-up to prevent dislocation of muscle (otot "ketarik") or even long-term injury. Because with my experience for once track (approximately 5 meters), my thight muscle already feel like burned (hot...). So carefully if you do this movement and i suggest accompained with your couch. But i tell you, this movement trully effective and you feel like fly in the game and can reach every side in the field. So, good luck.
Badminton Friendly Match of Nias Society Association 8 June 2008
This friendly match organized in order to tightent friendship between Nias society in West Java. And this badminton friendly match just only hold a double match (ganda) and with 30 point system. I'm also join in this match. In my first match, i join with my twin Andi to fight again Bekasi pairs. In that match i lose very far, with score 30-16. I'm feel play ugly in that match, because i make many unforce error and play forced. And than after that i'm separated with other pairs and also my twin. But if we separated with other pairs, we can won the game. Here some moment that i take with my handphone camera.

Recipe of Tradisional Ingredients for General Disease.
- Tonsillitis (Radang amandel) materials: Pick approximately 10 sheets of catkin leaf (daun kumis kucing). After washed, boil with clean water as much as 3 glasses of drinking water. Let to boil until remained 3/4 part. After cold you can drink it.
- Asthma (Asma) materials : 12 sheets of young foot leaf usually grows by the side of sea. After washed, boil with a glasses of water. If boiled and remained 3/4 part so refrigerent and then filter result boileds. Drink ingredients 3 times a day. May also be mixed with honey.
- Cough of Children materials : 1 clove onion, 1 little cut skin of stick pulasari, 1 grasp fresh saga leaf, 3 grains fennel, lump sugar, and sufficient water.
- Whooping (Batuk rejan) materials : 5 grams of young spades leaf, 10 grams of star fruit (Belimbing wuluh), 1 gram of salt and sufficient water.
- Pinworms (Itch in the anus from pinworms) materials : 1 finger of root of hangs papaya, 1 clove of garlic, 1 glass of water.
- Diabetes materials : 3 star fruits (is taken the water), 1 cucumber (rasp, press, and filtered), 7 grams of sembiloto leaf that in 5 glasses of water. After approximately boiled as much as 4 glass so lift and refrigerent. Mix above mentioned ingredients are one then drunk all at once.Best ingredients drunk approach sleep.
- Diarrhoea (Mencret) materials : 1 grasp of guava leaf (young and fresh), skin of stick pulasari that cutting soft, 5 grains of fennel, 2 glasses of water.
method procces : mix all ingredients with given a little water, then pound up to resemble porridge. Then wrapped up mixture in leaf of banana and steamed approximately during 15 minutes. Afterwards, squeeze and collect result of distillation in glass. This ingredients is best drunk approach evening sleep.
method procces : leaf of spades and star fruit refined and salted. Input around 2 glasses of water then press and filter. This ingredients is drunk as much as 3 times a day especially approach sleep.
method procces : pulverize root of papaya and garlic until soft. Afterwards insert a glass of water and boil until remained around 1/2 glass. Filter ingredients into glass. Drink ingredients twice a day each 1/4 glass. You may also drunk with addition a little milk. Try during drink this ingredients to reduce your eats .
method procces : boil ingredients until got 1 glass of ingredients. Ingredients is drunk as much as 2 times a day each 1/4 glass.

Sport Olympiade Inter-senior high school of Bandung Disappointed.
Olympiade divided to into several branches of sport, and one other we follow branch of sport of badminton. In this branch, commitee applies team system (beregu) that divided into several groups. One group consists of 4 until 5 schools widespread at Bandung city, and in one team found 3 until 5 players with rule of player of man may not play more than once or equally only play at one branch (single or double) while woman may play more than one branch. Because branch that perfominged in this badminton 1 single-women, 1 single-man, and 1 mix double. But unfortunately, our team school fails because walk out self of consequence of player too tired by because in one day they play 4 successive times without rest beforehand. Basic Service Method (According to hand-grip)
As I tell you, Service is the beginning capital to be able to beat match. Equally, a player can not get number in the match when not do service well. As we know in game of badminton, there three kinds service, that is short service, tall service, and flick or half tall service. But, usually service united into kind or form that is service forehand and backhand. Each this type of variation in doing as according to situation of game at field. Here the detail of explanation.
- Forehand Service. Short Forehand Service :
- The aim this short service to force opponent so that can’t do attack. Besides opponent is forced to stay in position survives.
- Variation of direction and target this short service can be trained seriously and systematic.
- The shuttlecock must be strike with swing of racket that short relatively.
- At the (time) of contact with head (leaf) racket and shuttlecock, elbow in a state of crooked, to avoid use of energy of wrist, and look at transition of emphasis of your body.
- Method of the practice use amount of shuttlecock and done according to recurrent.
- Kind of this service is especially used in single game.
- Shuttlecock must be strike by using full energy so that shuttlecock flies tall and fall vertical at backside of line of field of opponent.
- Moment of strike the shuttlecock, second opened foot as wide as hip and second sole always contact with floor.

- Backhand Service

- Attitude stands right foot in front of left foot, with end of right foot aims to target of desirable. Don't forget, attitude of permanent body relaxes and full concentration.

Wrong Service- At the (time) of strike ball, head (leaf) higher racket or in a line with grip racket.

- Right foot steps before shuttlecock stricken.

Basic Stroke in Playing Badminton
Okay, first based on stroke method in badminton divided to be 2 parts, that is stroke forehand and stroke of backhand. But that stroke i shall explain the detailer later and really in posting this time i only will explain to you are term in stroke and direction of the stroke. (Look the picture and the explanation mentioned below)
- Service
- Short service done only need a little energy. Impressing shuttlecock enough with pushed use heavy transfer of body from hind forwards rhythmically. In do this movement, try shuttlecock walk nearly as you can with height of net so that can be difficult to opponent.
- Long service usually used in single game. With this service, the shuttlecock can near backline and nosedive straight sharp downwards. This stroke service, need many energies.
- Drive service done by strike shuttlecock as far as you can with direction of ball horizontally and fast, so that opponent will difficult to return back the service.
- Stroke Beside Service (Lob, drive, dropshot, smash, netting
- Defensive Lob (A) Defensive lob used to defend attack, done with throw tall shuttlecock far until backline.
- Dropshot (B) Stroke dropshot that stroke done with a purpose to laid shuttlecock as soon as it and nearly with net in field of opponent.
- Attack Lob (C) Attack lob stroke taken from in front of body above head, throw with low and fast.
- Drive (D) Drive stroke aimed along line side and horizontal as high as net, as a mean to speed up time of game with launch shuttlecock rock-bottom in net.
- Smash (E) Stroke smash done quickly and hardest as you can up at under field of opponent. Method in smash stroke much the same with lob stroke. The difference, lob stroke strike tall to top while stroke smash strike sharp downwards hardly.
- Netting (F) Netting stroke is stroke that taken as high as and as soon as possible in front of net and stroke netting must throw as low as may be with lip of net.
The meaning of stroke service is the first ball that precede the game. Service divided to be 3, that is short service (A), long service (B) and drive service(C).
Yes, may be to do this stroke need much time to practice. But if you want to try and want to increase your skill, you must take a lot of exercise. Instruction for Choose the Best Shoes of Sport
Here I will share several instruction or tips that i have to distributed for you in choose the best shoe of sport according to condition, not just for badminton.
- Okay, first be sure you not equate all shoes that can be used for sport or physical exercise. Caused there is several people who ever i see use shoe of cloth or more knowledgeable with 'warior' worn to take physical exercise. As i know that shoe will stresses your step in do physical exercise even less run, because we can see the under part from shoes have thick rubber or thick stepping and based on my experience that can causes injury. But basically, if you pleasant to worn, you also can wear it.
- Avoid to use of shoe that height less than ankle, because when you fallen down or stumble a thing when take physical exercise, usually this shoe will not protect your ankle. And that already happen to majority person injury at ankle or dislocate at part of ankle because wrong of using the shoe.

This is usually you forget, that is size of shoe. Be sure you buy appropriate shoe of the size your foot, not too big or not undersize. Also be sure when size of shoe too big, suggested you wear thick sock to sprag your foot.
Choose kind of shoe based on type of sport that you wrestle, because as i say before that not all shoes of sport suited for used by us. For kind of indoor sport (tennis, badminton, squash etc.), be sure your shoe has rubber palm and scraggly textured because usually the surface of floor is slippery. Except for futsal there usually flat palm, That is usually worn at coarse field or outdoor. And for Outdoor field, you can use palmed flat shoe because the surface of field usually coarse and it more comfortable to use.
And the less important, be sure the material from body of your shoe base on cloth. That makes easy for you to move and make circulation of wind easier to decrease hot in your foot.
And last, don't be force your budget to buy expensive shoe but rarely in use because besides will lost at your finance also will decrease value from your shoe it self.

The Instruction for Choosing Racket
Hello, I’m return again posting for you all fans of sport especially badminton.
I'm have sufficient time to be wistful, with increase of fuel that bounce up highly in this time may be you stress or dizzy thinking your alive now completely difficult?? Calm because I’m also face same thing. But I’m thinking again, whether with the rise of fuel price will influence also your leeway to doing sport and separate out money that usually you use to buy product of sport whose you require?? Of course for you that very careful in managing your expenditure don't follow this words. Well, for you glad and want to play badminton but confused choosing racket,
Here my instruction to choose appropriate racket with your need.

If you are beginner in playing badminton, don't ever try to buy racket that the price above Rp100.000. Because from my experience, I’m still beginner in play at that moment but I’m bought racket at the price of Rp400.000 because tempted with the weighing of racket that light in weight and finally my racket was broken because wrong in the use.
- Like I’m say before, the racket that light in weight not yet sure will fit on your hand. So from that, choose racket based on base ingredient from racket itself, example for you beginner suggested to tries product from Yonex like Carbonex 8 or 9 that ingredient is base of a kind carbon. Because according to my experience, that racket fit to used for play normally or can also other brand provided from ingredient of carbon.

If you not satisfied with carbonate racket, you can choose other racket that material from titanium or a kind of light iron. But for materials likes this usually the price of racket is expensive and there possibility fast crack if there wrong in use.

Next if you already have a racket, choose appropriate string. For you beginner, use string with the price Rp25.000 downwards and apply to operator that installed with average pressure or average pulling, because usually when the string use in high pressure will causes the string of racket broken off quickly. And based on my experience for a few brand of string of racket there is string that can causes stiff muscle of arm or also shoulder, likes string Yonex at the price of Rp25.000 (BG 66 or BG 65) and it's really proved. But for racket that expensive, you can use string of racket above Rp25.000-Rp40.000 like Titanium from Yonex or brand of another and usually hold back towards high pressure.
- After that choose grip for handle of racket with materials of rubber, because usually with this materials not easy slip or slippery on your hand. But for who like another materials suggested to buy towel grip that price above Rp10.000 and also suggested to buy anti-sweat powder so that towel not easy broken and minimize slip in hold racket.

Basic Skill in Playing Badminton
In my posting this time, i will explain a little about basic skill of playing badminton.
Okay, basically everybody on this world has same talent in playing badminton because badminton is nature talent. For its proof, please you try to play (especially not yet capable), certain you can at least slap the shuttlecock. That easy, right ?Yes for the beginning may be necessary adaptation in manner holds racket or servicing shuttlecock, but basically that only need a little time to attune self in truth game.
Here a little tips from me if you want to play badminton safely and correctly.
- Be sure you have tools that needed to play badminton, two rackets (for friend play) and a piece of shuttlecock but to be more safely suggested to wears shoe and sportswear.
- After you have tool that needed to play, furthermore obligated to do warming-up before begin game although you just play 'hang around', because as little as whatever sport that perform will potential to cause the happening of injury. And supposed do that warming-up correctly and systematic, because it's useless when do this movement but not doing correctly also can cause injury.
- Next choose playground that approximately support to play, supposed play at arena of sport but when there is not able to play at there also you can play at house yard, but in perhaps the place not too close to tree or roof of house because as we know if the shuttlecock impinged at tree or roof, the game will delayed except you have reservist shuttlecock.
- After finished don't forget for cooling down. Why?? Because many people after take physical exercise they sleep or doing another thing while condition of muscle tight or contraction and when the muscle not be stretched it will potential to evoke muscle injury. This cooling down can be done by draw out muscles with static movement (more clear be explained in next posting).
- The last save tools of sport correctly, because many people belittle in this matters. Exactly with keep tool of sport correctly, it will decrease possibility damage of tool for long time.
Okay, that's several things that i can share for basic skill in play badmintons simply. It's really look unimportant and insignificant, but when be done correctly you will get satisfaction from sport that you do maximum.

Sejarah Bulutangkis
Olah raga yang dimainkan dengan kok dan raket, kemungkinan berkembang di Mesir kuno sekitar 2000 tahun lalu tetapi juga disebut-sebut di India dan Tiongkok.
Nenek moyang terdininya diperkirakan ialah sebuah permainan Tionghoa, Jianzi yang melibatkan penggunaan kok tetapi tanpa raket. Alih-alih, objeknya dimanipulasi dengan kaki. Objek/misi permainan ini adalah untuk menjaga kok agar tidak menyentuh tanah selama mungkin tanpa menggunakan tangan.
Di Inggris sejak zaman pertengahan permainan anak-anak yang disebut Battledores dan Shuttlecocks sangat populer. Anak-anak pada waktu itu biasanya akan memakai dayung/tongkat (Battledores) dan bersiasat bersama untuk menjaga kok tetap di udara dan mencegahnya dari menyentuh tanah. Ini cukup populer untuk menjadi nuansa harian di jalan-jalan London pada tahun 1854 ketika majalah Punch mempublikasikan kartun untuk ini.
Penduduk Inggris membawa permainan ini ke Jepang, Republik Rakyat China, dan Siam (sekarang Thailand) selagi mereka mengolonisasi Asia. Ini kemudian dengan segera menjadi permainan anak-anak di wilayah setempat mereka.
Olah raga kompetitif bulutangkis diciptakan oleh petugas Tentara Britania di Pune, India pada abad ke-19 saat mereka menambahkan jaring/net dan memainkannya secara bersaingan. Oleh sebab kota Pune dikenal sebelumnya sebagai Poona, permainan tersebut juga dikenali sebagai Poona pada masa itu.
Para tentara membawa permainan itu kembali ke Inggris pada 1850-an. Olah raga ini mendapatkan namanya yang sekarang pada 1860 dalam sebuah pamflet oleh Isaac Spratt, seorang penyalur mainan Inggris, berjudul "Badminton Battledore - a new game" ("Battledore Bulutangkis - sebuah permainan baru"). Ini melukiskan permainan tersebut dimainkan di Gedung Badminton (Badminton House), estat Duke of Beaufort's di Gloucestershire, Inggris.
Rencengan peraturan yang pertama ditulis oleh Klub Badminton Bath pada 1877. Asosiasi Bulutangkis Inggris dibentuk pada 1893 dan kejuaraan internasional pertamanya berunjuk-gigi pertama kali pada 1899 dengan Kejuaraan All England.
Bulutangkis menjadi sebuah olah raga populer di dunia, terutama di wilayah Asia Timur dan Tenggara, yang saat ini mendominasi olah raga ini, dan di negara-negara Skandinavia.
International Badminton Federation (IBF) didirikan pada 1934 dan membukukan Inggris, Irlandia, Skotlandia, Wales, Denmark, Belanda, Kanada, Selandia Baru, dan Prancis sebagai anggota-anggota pelopornya. India bergabung sebagai afiliat pada 1936. Pada IBF Extraordinary General Meeting di Madrid, Spanyol, September 2006, usulan untuk mengubah nama International Badminton Federation menjadi Badminton World Federation (BWF) diterima dengan suara bulat oleh seluruh 206 delegasi yang hadir.
Olah raga ini menjadi olah raga Olimpiade Musim Panas di Olimpiade Barcelona tahun 1992. Indonesia dan Korea Selatan sama-sama memperoleh masing-masing dua medali emas tahun itu.
